Brief Description of General Experience:

1975 – 1995: Served 20 years with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (retiring in 1995 as a decorated combat veteran). In the position of MACOM Engineer for the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), he was responsible for the Planning, Master Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution of all related training and combat facilities. Supervised the Long Range Planning, Environmental Assessment, and Master Planning for the command. Further, supervised the preparation and submission of Capital Investment Programs, DD Form 1391, and Project Development Brochures. Responsibilities included briefings and defending these programs before US Congress.
